Christine Dupont-Patz

Christine Dupont-Patz is a Denver-based Realtor with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek. She’s been representing both buyers and sellers in the central and north Denver metro area since 2015 and has been a real estate investor since 2006. As a full service Realtor, she’s completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and is recognized as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Certified Market Expert (CME).

Prior to working in real estate, Christine taught Art and Architectural history at the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She’s spent much of her life traveling, and has visited more than 20 countries and lived in eight different states from Arizona to New York. Her early career and Master’s degree also allowed for studying ancient manuscripts in Cambridge and art in more distant locales like Egypt and Turkey.

Because of her unique background, Christine brings a certain finesse, and professorial-like attention to detail into all of her work as a real estate agent, and she prides herself on being able to help her clients get the most out of their investments. With her discerning eye, she can find potential in unique spaces; and has a soft spot for architectural gems. She specializes in relocations, downsizing, and helping first-time homebuyers navigate Denver’s fast-paced market.

When not working with her clients, Christine volunteers with various non-profits, including the Alzheimer’s Association and the Junior League of Denver. During her off-time, you’ll likely find her practicing yoga, checking out museums and galleries, or just kicking back with her two rescue dogs, Ginger and Wasabi.
