First of all, I can't say enough about how professional and efficient Christine was during the entire process of selling my home.

Unfortunately, I have never met her personally because I live in another state, but not once did I feel like I had to be concerned about how she was handling this first time sellers sale. She knows her stuff !! Christine kept me informed, answered all my questions, and guided me through with her knowledge on making very important decisions.

Most importantly my home sold in 2 days !

I had an excellent experience working with Christine to buy a home. She was active in helping identify potential homes, not just setting up an MLS and letting me look alone. She really helped giving feedback on homes we looked at so we had a good idea of what offer we wanted to make. She knows all about the market, construction costs, people to contact etc. for various jobs. Christine is a true pro, and I can’t recommend her enough. My wife has already passed her contact info on to several of our friends, and that speaks for itself. We love our new home and we wouldn’t be in it without Christine.

Christine helped my husband and I navigate the absolutely insane buying market of 2021 successfully. She is the reason we got into a great house at a great value, when being a buyer was more competitive than the summer olympics. Christine has so much experience and knowledge of the south shore, she gave us great advice and kept us from making impulsive decisions. What I think made her the most valuable to us in searching for houses, making offers, and negotiating terms with sellers was that what she ultimately cared about was that we got into a home we liked at a price we could afford. I had another realtor before who cared most about making the sale happen, and with Christine I could trust that she cared more about me than the commission. Anyone who has been there before knows how valuable it is to have a realtor who is both very savvy and ethical. She has seen it all before and gave great insight to us. I purchased a new construction that took about 4 month from the time i signed the PS agreement to the closing and throughout that time, she guided me and answered my many questions. She was patient with me when I was picking out my interiors, and gave me some great advice. When my circumstances changed, she was compassionate and understanding and helped me every way she could.
