Christine was absolutely fantastic to work with. She is exceptionally knowledgeable of real estate trends especially the Albuquerque market, and has a very refined understanding of relationship between pre-sale upgrades/repairs and market value. Being a reasonably intelligent person, I thought going into the process that I understood what needed to be replaced, repaired, or improved to make the house ready for sale, and what the return on investment would be for those improvements. I was way off. Trust me when I say - you definitively need somebody like Christine to be involved in the process unless you’ve sold a dozen house, and most of us have not.

She really went above and beyond in every capacity. The improvements we made on the house prior to the sale, were less than what we thought they would be, and the house sold for substantially more than we thought, or even hoped, it would sell for. There’s a lot of stress in moving and selling a house (at least for us there was since it’s the first time we’ve sold our home) and she made it as stress free as possible. She even prayed over our family when everybody was high-stressing. She’s the sweetest person in the world and the best Realtor around. Really.

I know what your thinking, you’re thinking you’ll get a discount realtor or do it yourself and save some money. If you’re considering getting a realtor, it’s because you don’t know anything about this, trust your gut and get a realtor - get Christine, you’ll be glad you did. She’s brilliant and you’ll love doing business with her.

We found Christine on Yelp. The great reviews we read were more than demonstrated while we worked with Christine over four months. We moved here from Naples Fl knowing nothing about Albequerque. Christine very quickly discerned our tastes and preferences. She worked tirelessly on our behalf . We deeply appreciated that it was important to Christine that we found a house we loved- she cares! We have bought and sold many houses through the years but never experienced the sincere qualities and professionalism which Christine presents.We were extremely impressed at her knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business and we trust her implicitly.
