After receiving a nice mailing from Christine Rubin, I reached out to her to see if she could help with the sale of my home, as I was interested in downsizing. She came over with a nice package of materials, including a book she wrote, which really impressed me, so I decided to work with her. Christine suggested some modest updates to make my house more competitive in the market. She even had a list of people that could help me if needed. Within three months we had worked out a deal and my house had sold. I was so happy, I asked Christine to help me find my next home too. I cannot say enough good things about her.

We contacted Christine several years ago to investigate selling our property. She kept us on a mailing list with hints, real estate info. I thought that was helpful so I contacted her, discussing again what, when and how to proceed. She gave us her ideas and we decided to proceed with the sale .Christine had access to vendors that could assist with things like deep cleaning, whole house photography, plus kicking in her own efforts to get something done. We'd recommend her for her knowledge, tenacity, and her ability to get things straightened out when they go off course. We would definitely recommend her.

Loved working with Christine. She was very patient, diplomatic, creative, and generous. We had very unusual needs in finding a new home so the process took some time. She went the extra mile to make our kids feel comfortable with the home buying and moving process (something that they weren’t too thrilled with). We don’t like pushy agents, and Christine’s style was very laidback and relaxed where it counts.

We are so grateful we found Christine! She was amazing and helped us through a difficult time. Christine found better comps to help us list our house at a desired price instead of the low balls numbers other agents were throwing at us for a quick discount sale. She fought for us every step of the way, and we received a price that was far better than we had anticipated. Most agents just tell you what you want to hear or come in with low balls numbers for a speedy sale, but Christine was direct and honest, and told us that our neighborhood was in demand and we should not settle for less. Then on top of that, she found us our next home for an amazing price in an area we had always dreamt of living in but thought we couldn't afford. Thank goodness for Christine and all of her hard work, now we are living in the home of our dreams.

Christine helped us find our dream home, and we cannot say enough good things about her. We were originally looking for a home in a neighborhood we really liked, but it had very few homes available. Christine was able to find a nearby neighborhood with even nicer homes, and the best of all it was in the same school district we wanted for our daughter. She had compelling market data, beautiful pictures, and impressive video examples, so I selected her to sell my home. During the showings she would point out all of the unique features of my property.
