Christine sold my downtown Chicago condo and was a fantastic partner throughout the entire selling process - she was very communicative, highly knowledgeable of the local market, and thorough in her marketing approach. She made what can often be a stressful transaction much easier for me. My condo sold very quickly at my desired price. While the buyer proved to be challenging throughout the contingency period, Christine was a great advocate for me and worked hard to make sure my needs were being met.

Christine was our Real Estate Agent who helped us purchase a property in Chicago. She relentlessly helped search for the property that best suited our wishes and often went to look at places for us since we live in another city. When we found places we liked, she helped us determine the right value for the property and worked with us closely on making the proper bids. We eventually got the property of our dreams thanks to Christine's guidance.

Christine made the process fun and we continue to consider her to be a valued adviser. Soon after our purchase we recommended Christine to a friend. Our friend also bought a property with Christine's excellent help and expertise.

I approached Christine with my desire to write this review, as she did a fantastic job throughout our real estate transaction. Without disclosing specific details, it is fair to say that our deal required a highly knowledgeable professional to lead the process successfully to close. Christine is a polished, strong communicator who provided added value on many levels. Christine supported and advised us through the difficult process of selling our parents’ apartment in Lincoln Park. Christine was able to recognize the full value potential of the condo, and based on her experience, local real estate network, knowledge, professionalism and patience, our apartment netted the highest sale the building has ever seen! She hand-held us through and oversaw an extensive remodel which significantly improved the value of the apartment. Christine is a Rockstar! Once she had our parameters, she made it a full time job to work on our behalf. She spent so much time scouring the MLS at all times of the day/night and gave us her opinion on what we should pass on or what was worth seeing. Yes, we found a broker that said NO to houses for reasons we didn’t think of at the time… She respected our max home value and showed us other people’s inventory (something other brokers didn’t). I was picky and she respected that – she didn’t want to make the sell, she wanted to make us happy. We have worked with other brokers who wanted to only be a chauffeur to the houses we found ourselves or steer us toward houses that they had the other end of the listing for but that is NOT Christine. We would absolutely work with Christine again and cannot thank her enough for helping us find our home.
