Christine supported and advised us through the difficult process of selling our parents’ apartment in Lincoln Park. Christine was able to recognize the full value potential of the condo, and based on her experience, local real estate network, knowledge, professionalism and patience, our apartment netted the highest sale the building has ever seen! She hand-held us through and oversaw an extensive remodel which significantly improved the value of the apartment. The remodel was fully designed and managed via her Compass network, which minimized our need for day-to-day involvement and expenses. Most of all, Christine was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting through remodel, multiple offers and closing, with regular communication and availability, realistic guidance and positivity. Christine is a Rockstar! Once she had our parameters, she made it a full time job to work on our behalf. She spent so much time scouring the MLS at all times of the day/night and gave us her opinion on what we should pass on or what was worth seeing. Yes, we found a broker that said NO to houses for reasons we didn’t think of at the time… She respected our max home value and showed us other people’s inventory (something other brokers didn’t). I was picky and she respected that – she didn’t want to make the sell, she wanted to make us happy. We have worked with other brokers who wanted to only be a chauffeur to the houses we found ourselves or steer us toward houses that they had the other end of the listing for but that is NOT Christine. We would absolutely work with Christine again and cannot thank her enough for helping us find our home.
