Chris is amazing!! Not just as a realtor but as a person as well. Not only did she sell our house but found us our perfect home. We didn't even want to come look at the home we ended up buying but Chris somehow knew that it was the right one for us. After putting up a pretty good fight, we agreed to look at it. I cannot tell you how perfect it is!! You'll notice that I keep using the word home instead of house. That is because the place she made us see has now become the most comfortable, warm home we could ever have hoped for. She truly has a gift. She was there anytime we needed her, always quick to respond and actually cares about putting people in a home that's right for them! 5 stars. Highly recommended!! Thank you for everything Chris!!

Christine was our realtor during our first home purchase recommended to us from our previous realtor who relocated from the area. During the searching process she was always upfront and honest on properties that would work or not work for us. Chris did not try to up sell us into anything we couldn't afford nor did she rush us to purchase anything really quickly which is actually a rarity in the real estate world. Most realtors just want to get you into something as fast as possible for the quick pay check. A great thing about Chris is her expertise do not stop at buying and selling homes. Because of her longevity in the housing market, which is by the way impressive taking into account the housing crises many did not survive, she has built great connections in the mortgage and home appraisal markets. For example, about 3 years after the purchase of home we reached out to her for some renovation advice on what would add the best value to the home and she was at our door 2 days later answering the questions with no compensation required. I was really impressed with that level of professionalism and the care she provides to present and past clients I would recommend her services to friends or strangers.

Aside from being knowledgeable and experienced, Chris injects her great personality and lots of energy into everything she does. She was born and raised in Chester County, which is a great plus for those relocating to the area. Chris knows everything about the area from great short cuts to the best restaurants. I've worked with Chris twice; once as a seller and once as a buyer. Given the option, I'd prefer to never work with another realtor. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
