Licensed since 1996, Christine has served many home sellers & buyers in so many situations. As a licensed broker-associate & FL real estate instructor, it is her responsibility to remain current on market conditions, laws & trends, to best accommodate their needs. Her business is mostly referrals from past customers, friends and other Realtors. Her role is to guide them from their current situation to where they want to be, with professionalism, attention to details such as contract laws & deadlines, and human kindness.

Through the decades, Christine has continued to stay engaged in learning since the laws and regulations concerning real estate are constantly changing. In addition to her broker's license, Christine personally works in the SW Florida area, concentrating on Sarasota, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Nokomis, Palmetto, Parrish, and North Port.
