About Christna

Christna began her journey in 2014, aspiring to a career in real estate but also in her own company. She started her career as a leasing agent and, over the years, held positions of an assistant property manager and senior leasing agent/trainer to now licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. She is currently working on licensing in Georgia, Indiana, and California. Inspired by her process of transition from tenancy to a new homeowner, she identified a gap from agent to client and desired to help in ways she hadn’t foreseen elsewhere, creating a peaceful place for all. During such time, she began to explore other avenues within real estate, which has led to her desire to become an investor (finding distressed properties and flipping them into beautiful luxurious rental properties; property management (maintaining properties on behalf of owners); project management (overseeing and managing all rehab projects) and more is yet to come. Possessing many hats within the real estate field… “this is just the beginning.”

Her ultimate goal is to become a real estate investor, buying and flipping homes and turning tenants into owners while exploring other real estate opportunities. She prides herself on professionalism, patience, and productivity. She is truly there for every client. She is extremely organized, excels in prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously, and can adapt readily to various tasks and situations. She has an exceptional ability to establish an instant rapport with clients based on outstanding communication skills. Christna could incorporate the advanced level of interpersonal skills to resolve problems of varying nature and complexity.
