I have been a licensed Full Time Realtor for just under a decade and have been involved in Real Estate for most of my life. I primarily service Chester and Delaware Counties in PA, and focus on the West Chester, Newtown Square and Media areas.
I have been the recipient of many service awards from both my company and those voted for by my past and present clients. Most recently I was awarded the “Five Star Service Professional” award for 2013 and as a result, will be mentioned in the September 2013 issue of the “Philadelphia Magazine”.

Chris Aleardi was referred on to us with high regards from our network of friends. Upon accepting a job on the west coast and subsequent relocation, we engaged Chris as our listing agent. Our home was in an exclusive community and we expected that it would take some time to sell given the market conditions. Thus, we were in search of someone who would market our home quickly and to maximize it's sale value. Chris fit our needs as he is highly professional, diligent, trustworthy and, most especially, extremely committed to helping his clients. Here's why: I moved the family out west to start the new job and the house went on the market. Since we were not present when there was a showing, Chris would prep and show the house as needed. After a month or so on the market, our house suffered major damage resulting from a pipe leak on our top floor. Water travels down so in addition to half of the second floor, the first floor and basement where ruined. Upon hearing the news, I immediately flew back to the east coast to view the disaster. After meeting with the insurance folks, Chris immediately came by and offered to help with whatever he could. It may have been one of the most difficult situations for us seeing our house gutted especially when we were trying to sell. The good news was the insurance was going to take care of the repairs and we needed to look toward completing that work. As positive as he his, Chris saw the opportunity in the situation and encouraged us to see it as well. In a few months, we were going to have a new house and any buyer could be involved in designing the finish work to their desire. This was a great selling point to a potential buyer who were looking for opportunities as well. We continued to show the house during the repairs with Chris' strategy in mind. I returned to the West Coast and Chris stepped in to do whatever he could in our absence with prospective clients as well as being my eyes and ears with the contractors performing the repairs. He was a life-saver in this regard as it helped tremendously! The strategy worked and we had an offer in very quickly. Chris' efforts didn't stop there.as you could imagine, the nature of the house made inspections and other deal requirements very challenging. Chris facilitated everything.not only with us, but with the Buyer and their Agent as well! We finally sold our house immediately as the repairs were complete about two months after the disaster. We achieved our goal of selling our house as quickly as possible while getting the most value, the Buyers' were blessed with a brand new home, at least on the inside, and we all had Chris to thank! We are convinced that there is no way this transaction would have completed with anyone else representing our interests. We have relocated many times and bought/sold numerous properties, Chris Aleardi is by far the best Real Estate Agent with whom we have worked! Thanks Chris, for everything! After relocating to Pennsylvania from New Jersey several years ago, my wife Karyn and I were looking for a real estate agent who would help us relocate my mother in law to be closer to us. After speaking with a few agents, we decided to move forward with Chris Aleardi of Long and Foster. This was in 2008 and was the beginning of a great relationship. Chris not only helped us find a home for my wife's mother in Hershey's Mill, but was also able to sell her current home in New Jersey when the previous agent was unable to do so.
