My wife and I have been looking for a home in the White Mountains for quite a while, when it was time to pull the trigger we asked our friends who live in the area what agent should we use. They put us on to Chris Bailey and we are so glad they did. Chris went out of his way to make sure we were informed of things in the market and the homes. He showed us homes that we asked to see and others that he thought might be a good fit. He spent time with both my wife and I and really turned into a trusted partner in our search. We ended up buying one of the homes that he thought we should look at. He very much knows the area, he is big community guy and his knowledge of the area and the resources was huge in gaining the knowledge that we needed to make decisions. Chris Bailey makes the buying process seamless! Knowing I wanted to take my time purchasing a home, his patience was appreciated. He listened to my specifications of what I was looking for...and it changed several times. Willing to answer every question I had and walk me through the purchase of what I feel is the perfect home for me.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. This is our 6th real estate transaction. Chris was professional and went above and beyond any agent we have ever worked with. Chris was more focused on answering our questions and giving good advice than he was on closing a deal. Chris quickly sold our Jackson townhouse to a local family without incident, while finding us a new home in our preferred area. He was always available and helped us through what is normally a stressful process. I would recommend Chris to anyone that wants a local guy that loves his community to sell or buy their property.

Working with Chris was a pleasure and his knowledge of the area and the community was extremely helpful. The fact that Chris grew up and has strong roots in the Jackson Community was invaluable. Four of us engaged Chris on a particular property which we decided did not fit our needs and Chris went right to work and found the perfect spot for us. My wife and I were extremely fortunate to have Chris Bailey for our Realtor for our recent home purchase. Chris was exactly what we were looking for in a Realtor - patient, friendly, extremely prompt and thoroughly knowledgeable. We looked at 10+ houses over a one year period and never felt rushed to make a decision. Yet during this time, any email or phone call was answered immediately. As a Jackson native he knows every area of the Mount Washington Valley and was able to answer all of our questions regarding features to look for in a home we planned to live in year-round. When it came down to making an offer, Chris was able to guide us through the myriad of steps, facilitating discussion between all the different parties involved. At the end of the process we landed our dream home, not having to settle on anything, and owe it to Chris's hard work and skill as a Realtor. Chris is a native of the Mt. Washington Valley and it shows in his knowledge of the area, particularly the real estate market.

Chris helped us find a beautiful condo we could afford with a better view than we could have ever hoped for. He made time to help us see every property that might meet our needs. It was a time consuming process but we always felt like we were his top priority.

When we finally found the perfect property, Chris was instrumental in negotiating the purchase price. He was our greatest asset all the way through closing.

We worked with Chris to purchase our forever home. Our friends recommended him to us and we are so glad they did. We decided to transition from being weekend warriors to full time residents of the Conway area and thanks to Chris, have done so successfully in a house we love. We were living out of state when we started our search and Chris was wonderful at listening to our wants and providing a variety of listings for us to look through. While we had initially thought we wanted to be on one side of town, with his thorough knowledge of the area, Chris helped us to see there were other possibilities, which lead us to the house we ended up purchasing and are so happy to now call home. Aside from his knowledge of the area, Chris was a pleasure to work with because of his personality and patience. He was readily available (or able to have someone else from his team available) to show us listings. He was also extremely helpful making recommendations for other contacts we needed through the process, such as an appraiser, home inspector, and title company.
