Christopher Bauman

Chris Bauman has worked in the residential real estate industry for over 30 years. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate in 1990 he began working as a salesperson for a large residential real estate development company in Louisville, Kentucky. In Louisville, Chris represented a large group of custom home builders in seven luxury communities focusing on site selection and new home construction and sales. After transferring to Orlando in early 1996 Chris continued to work for development companies representing custom builders in some of the most successful luxury home communities in central Florida including Lake Forest, Alaqua Lakes, Keene’s Pointe and Oakland Park. Chris is a member in good standing of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and has been a consistent top producer among luxury site sales professionals in central Florida. He was featured multiple times in Orlando Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Real Estate Agents in Central Florida”. Chris has a Gold Key "Excellence in Professionalism" certification from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and is currently finishing his Masters in Liberal Studies degree at Rollins College.
