Christopher Benedict

Since 1997, the roots for all things "BIG" began when the owner, Christopher Benedict, started his career in real estate sales, investments and management. After a decade with a RE/MAX brokerage as an agent, Benedict became a broker/owner, and BIG Realty was spun off as a new company in 2012 with an emphasis on property management. In 2017, celebrating 5 years of investment and property management growth, the residential portion of BIG Realty was split off and a new RE/MAX franchise was opened, to serve agents and the community in their residential needs. The core business philosophy of the "BIG" companies is to become a provider of world-class service and information sources for all things real estate.
