Chris is a wonderful realtor. My wish was to sell my home and downsize to a bungalow. Chris listed my home, which sold in four days and located the perfect bungalow for me within seven days. He listened to my wants, needs and desires. His knowledge of the industry were a valuable asset in getting the home I wanted at the price I had hoped for. Thanks Chris!

We simply could not find our dream first home without Chris. Truly, he’s was a step above the rest! We had a very LONG list of “must-haves” and we NEVER felt pressured to buy. Despite touring at least 10-15 homes (A lot I know lol) Chris always remained patient and listen to our feedback. That’s why this was such a positive experience for us. He genuinely was interested in giving us what we wanted rather than just making a sale. He negotiated aggressively on our behalf and we got off with a beautiful 5 bedroom home in a desirable area. He also even took the time to get us a very sweet closing gift! All that being said, I have very, very, high standards and Chris exceeded our expectations. Save yourself the time of interviewing relators and go with Chris!!!!!

Chris has an amazing grasp of the entire Metro Atlanta area and the patience of a saint. Speaking to him on the entire house buying process from start to finish is better than taking a paid class. His knowledge is expansive and he cares about you getting the best house for the best deal. If I am to get another house, I’m only calling one person for the job.
