Chris is such a wonderful person to help you find your dream home! He is professional, patient, accomidating and so very KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing! But Chris helped us along the way and went above and beyond! He even bought us a Christmas tree! I think that Chris is really short for Christmas! I felt like we had a loved one looking out for us. Chris was the realtor for my client who just closed on his home today in Colorado Springs, I was the loan officer in the transaction. We had some hiccups on the lender side and Chris went above and beyond to help the buyer gather last minute conditions we needed as soon as we asked for them. If it weren't for him, this transaction could have been extremely delayed, or the seller could have backed out and kept the EMD. From start to finish Chris was proactive, helpful, patient and worked as a team player with my company in a less than comfortable situation. Chris was a pleasure to work with through the entire process from looking at homes to the final closing. He's very hands on/involved with the whole process. It was more of a friend helping a friend experience rather than someone trying to just make a sale. He's very quick to respond via phone/text or e-mail, provides constant updates through the process, and is very helpful with any questions either about the process or the area in general. Chris was one of the best Realtors I've ever worked with. He's was always willing to come out and show properties rain or shine, he has lots of knowledge in the business and just overall a friendly guy. He showed us over a dozen of houses in a short period of time and was willing to work with my impossible requirements. He always gave recommendations and pointed out anything wrong. When we were ready to close on a house he was awesome at communicating and pushed the seller to get the repairs needed or credit us for them. I'd definitely use Chris's services again and recommend him to my friends. Also he's a vet so if you support our military then Chris is your go to. Chris did an amazing job selling our house extremely quickly in (probably) the most difficult time of the year...over the winter holidays. We could not have asked for a better realtor and truly appreciate his hard work and effort in helping us in our time of need to sell our house quickly. I should have written this review sooner to share how great of a realtor he has been and how he really cared to help us get the best deal possible. Highly recommend to anyone in the market of either buying or selling! He is probably the most honest realtor I've met and is absolutely in the game for his clients and not entirely for himself.
