Utilizing his years of professional experience and education in architecture and real estate development, Chris provides clients with unparalleled market knowledge and a uniquely tailored experience when buying or selling their new home or investment property.

Chris grew up in the Boston suburb of Needham, Massachusetts. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York with a Bachelor of Architecture and minor in Marketing. While attending RPI Chris took on his first job in Real Estate, working as the Portfolio Manager for a Manhattan-based investment group, managing their six upstate properties.

Prior to taking on a full-time career in Real Estate, Chris spent five years as the Project Architect and Marketing Director for a Baltimore-based real estate developer, working on a wide range of design & development projects with a focus in restaurant & hospitality, large scale residential, and renewable energy facilities. The value of Chris’ past work experiences in design and construction is passed on to his clients, allowing them to be better informed to make smarter decisions and achieve maximum value.

Prior to joining in 2016, Chris was recognized as a top-producing agent in Coldwell Banker’s Dupont Circle office, ranking in the company’s Top 6% of Agents Worldwide in 2015.
