Christopher Corcoran

Chris was born and raised in Tampa, and currently lives in booming Seminole Heights. He has seen the incredible growth in the Tampa Bay Area over the past 20 years. His love of real estate started at a young age when he would look at houses while visiting his grandparents over the summer. Chris is passionate about real estate and strives to go above and beyond for his clients.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Chris received his MBA from The University of Tampa with a concentration in entrepreneurship. After UT, he decided to take a leap of faith and worked at a local bakery, where he developed his love of baking (ask him for some cookies). Chris enjoys playing tennis and walking along the Riverwalk, ending with a drink and a bite to eat at Sparkman Wharf. He also considers himself a "foodie" so be sure to ask about a good spot to check out.

Chris prides himself on putting people first and following through. He has an open mind with an attention to detail which helps both buyers and sellers. Chris has a warm personality that makes clients feel at home, and honesty that makes him trustworthy. A new homeowner himself, he knows how daunting the process can be, but he puts clients at ease.
