I bring more than two decades of market experience, construction insight, and a proven record of performance to my role as Associate Broker and Team Lead of The Lakes Team at Compass. I began my real estate career in 2002 by remodeling and reselling homes, providing a strong foundation in valuation, building quality, and investment strategy—skills that continue to help guide my clients toward informed, confident decisions.

I became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and soon formed what would become one of Minnesota’s most productive real estate teams. Since founding my team in 2010, I have personally closed more than $400 million in sales and have led my team to produce just under $1.0 billion collectively. These achievements place me among the Top 100 agents in Minnesota and the Top 3% of Realtors nationwide.

During the market downturn, I negotiated more than 300 short sale transactions for clients and fellow agents—experience that sharpened my ability to navigate complex situations, advocate under pressure, and deliver solutions in challenging markets. Today, my expertise spans residential, investment, new construction, and commercial real estate, becoming a trusted advisor for a wide range of clients and property types.

I have been recognized as a Super Real Estate Agent annually from 2010 through 2025 by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business, a testament to my long-standing commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and client-first service. I strive to use sharp market insight, negotiation strength, and deep understanding of the Lake Minnetonka and west metro communities to represent my clients to the highest level possible. I work to be a steady, strategic leader throughout the buying and selling process.
