Raised in Huntington Beach, California I have a special affinity and extensive knowledge of beach communities and could never imagine living very far away from the ocean. As an Eagle Scout, I spent a lot of my youth camping and backpacking; this inspired me to specialize in environmentally conscious living, his Green Certified Real Estate designation allows him to not only market homes to this exclusive niche but to help his many sellers position themselves to add value to their homes with desirable green upgrades and to connect them with vetted contractors.
My Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification and Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from California State University Long Beach provide an additional advantage to allows me to represent my clients with an educated and measured approach to orchestrate a smooth sale at the best price with the best terms all while coordinating the sale process in a professional manner.
