Following a passion for real estate he has been passionate about real estate for as long as he can remember. He spends a lot of time viewing homes online, researching home prices, and just following the market. It is a hobby as well as a job and Chris is inspired everyday knowing this is what his profession is. He considers himself fortunate to be in this career, and to be able to help members of the communities he is a part of.

Career Path: From small business owner to housing he took a roundabout path into the real estate industry. Chris started out by owning his own construction business when he was young then moving on into a 9-5 job as a telephone technician. Chris was always on the customer service side, which is where he thrives.

What does this have to do with real estate, you might be wondering? For starters, it speaks to my character. Chris’s background has helped him better understand the wants and needs of customers regardless of the industry he has worked in on his path that’s lead him here today. These traits also serve him well as a real estate agent, which in turn ensures Chris is serving his clients in the best way possible.

A resident who knows the area his mother was a real estate agent in New Jersey for 40 years. Chris remembers being young and, in the car, reading maps and giving directions as they drove and viewed homes for prospective clients. Growing up in New Jersey then moving to New York, when he got married it was important to find someone who knew the local housing market inside and out. You want an agent who is familiar with the different neighborhoods and communities in the area, and what they have to offer. This is important for buyers and sellers alike.

perspective, focusing solely on “bricks and mortar,” dollars and cents. Chris has a different view. He sees real estate as a people business, primarily. It’s more than just dollars and cents.
