We loved working with Chris Fisher with eXp and his assistant Lindsay, who is also amazing. I was recommended to Chris by a friend who sold a house with Chris. We are new home buyers and I’m so glad we went with him. This was also our first time working with a realtor and they made it a breeze. With ever recommendation Chris made was perfect. They both worked so hard in helping us find a home. They never rushed us or forcing us to buy. They worked with our schedule and budget. They were flexible, knowledgeable and always super helpful! They promised they would help us find and home and they kept that promise, working diligent with us to find the perfect fit. I would give more stars if I could.

If anyone is in need of a realtor I would absolutely recommend using Chris Fisher. Chris first began working with us back in January. Since that time he helped us sell our previous home for top dollar, and spent time during more weekends than not along the way showing us a ridiculous number of homes - 66 by my count. Chris hung in there with us through all of it - including an offer we made on a home that got accepted, but that we later had to walk away from due to the thorough inspection (by an awesome home inspector referred to us by Chris) revealing what was ultimately estimated to be approximately $35,000 worth of foundation damage.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, has well-established and incredibly helpful connections and resources, and provides wise counsel that I absolutely trust. With realtors in no short supply these days, I was intentional in giving my business to Chris, a former police officer with ties to nonprofits including Humanizing the Badge and Hallie’s Heroes. Chris is also the co-founder of The Ten 7 Project, an effort to help first responders, public safety professionals, and veterans across the country supplement or replace their income by becoming real estate agents themselves.

Chris, thanks for sticking with us throughout this process, for all the assistance along the way, and of course for all that you did to help get us into our new home. The bottle of Blanton’s (read: liquid gold) is also greatly appreciated. ;)

We used Chris for our new-build in QC and couldn’t be happier. One of the nicest and also honest realtors out there. There is a difference between someone who does it as a job - and the other who does it to help people and is also lucky enough to have it as a job. Chris is the latter - he helps people. And he pretty damned good at it too.

My wife and I began our journey to purchase over 5 years ago, we had multiple ups and downs but Chris never got frustrated or fed up and stuck with us the entire time.

When we finally were able to buy during this pandemic year because our rental was being sold Chris worked magic and moved mountains to get the homeowner to work with us. My family is eternally grateful to Chris, we have a huge weight lifted off our shoulders, no more moving from rental to rental, our kids now have a forever home, and we are proud homeowners.

We knew of Chris long before we made the move to Arizona, we always knew we wanted to use him as our realtor. When it was time Chris was extremely responsive and was up to show us as many houses as it took for us to be happy (it only took 2, and the second was his recommendation). He didn’t pressure us to use his lender, and always wanted what was best for us. This was great as we were first time home buyers, we didn’t feel taken advantage of. Chris was by our side from pre-qualify till closing. And actually is still in touch with us till this day and we have been in our house for almost 2 years. Chris will be the only realtor we recommend to anyone who asks especially if they qualify for homes for hero’s.

I have personally used Chris to purchase two houses and to sell one. There are numerous reasons why we use Chris.

He is extremely thorough, and will explain every small detail when it comes to the home buying/selling process. The attention to detail is very important and is one of the reasons we appreciate Chris. We used Chris to purchase our first house in 2018. He did everything in his power to make the first time home buying experience a breeze.

Chris was amazing when purchasing our home. I’m high maintenance on my best days, and there were a few not great days when we were purchasing, mainly because I bought a new build and the builder’s lender was horrendous. Non-responsive, obnoxious... requested things I had sent already... just terrible. Told off several people trying to make Chris’ job hard— because he was outstanding to work with. Now— I am using his amazing lender to refinance. Can’t recommend him enough!!!

My home selling experience has been incredible from start to finish. We’re currently living in Texas but needed to sell our rental property in Arizona.
