CHRISTOPHER KEMPH

Christopher Kemph moved to Jacksonville from Chicago over 30 years ago. Intimately familiar with the Jacksonville area, he considers the First Coast his home. Chris earned his Bachelor's in Elementary Education and master’s in educational leadership from the University of North Florida. Chris' career history includes various educational classroom and administrative positions for both public and private schools. Deciding to follow a long-held dream to pursue a career in real estate, Chris proudly joined the Watson Family as a Sales Associate.

Chris has been married to his wife, Lisa, for over 25 years. They have three children and reside in the Southside area of Jacksonville. Chris enjoys traveling, gardening, Sci-fi movies, and spending time with his family. He is known for his strong work ethic and ability to build positive and enduring relationships. As a former educator, Chris leverages his love for teaching to support and educate his customers so they can make the most informed decisions.
