Chris has been in the real estate industry since 2002 doing Internet Marketing and Lead Generation for various Realtors® across the nation. He started working for a single real estate agent as his “tech guy” and grew his business to the point where he could hire Chris as his marketing assistant. Simultaneously, Chris was finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio (which had a strong focus on Internet Marketing and Web Design). Once he graduated, Chris moved on to working for a newly established real estate team in Central Ohio. He built a massive website presence for that team and which contributed to that team's huge growth and success in such a short amount of time.
One year later, Chris moved up to the brokerage level where he was the Technology Coordinator for that Central Ohio brokerage and it's 100+ agents. In addtion to the Internet Marketing and Lead Generation Chris provided for the brokerage and it's agents, he also provided computer technical support and Internet & Social Media Training to all of the agents as well.
Chris then decided to take his expertise to the National level where he became a consultant for some of the top real estate agents and teams in the nation. He provided the same Internet Marketing, Social Media and Lead Generation services to those Mega-Agents to help them grow their Internet presence for branding and to bring massive exposure to the Agent's real estate listings to help them get them sold fast, and for top dollar.
In addition to providing Internet Marketing services to top agents in the nation, Chris also became an assistant sales agent with one of the local home builders in Central Ohio. This is where Chris was able to gain extensive knowledge about the Home Building Process, including learning the specifics on how houses are built and what to look out for when building a home. This experience sparked his desire to become an expert in the new build industry.
Finally in 2012 Chris got his real estate license and created The Buckeye Realty Team which specializes in helping home buyers and sellers in Central Ohio. Chris' unique background has given him a huge advantage in getting his client's homes sold fast, and for top dollar by bringing a vast amount of exposure to his client's listings over the Internet. Chris has also been able to utilze his new build experience by representing clients that build new homes with various home builders in Central Ohio. This free buyer representation has been very helpful to the buyers as they weave their way through the home building process. As a result, a great program has emerged to help these new home buyers called the "VIP New Home Buyer Program". This program offers Free Buyer Representation, Offers a huge discount on selling the buyer's home (if they have a home to sell) and even provides a $500 gift card to Home Depot at closing to help the buyer with some of the home purchases that are often needed when buying a new home.
In addtion to "The VIP New Home Buyer Program," Chris has also developed a great program to help people who need to work on their credit a little first before they can buy a home. This program is called the "Build Your Credit While Building Your Home" program. This great program allows home buyers to utilize free credit repair to get their credit to the point where they can buy a house, and while they are working on that credit repair, the home builder will start building their house. So when the credit repair is complete, the house is complete, and they are able to move into a brand new house.
