Chris began his real estate career in affordable housing with Fannie Mae, focused on Community Land Trust (C.L.T.) initiatives and projects as a means to provide affordable housing options for underserved communities in Los Angeles City. Chris entered the residential lending sector working with residential lending options for Wells Fargo Financial on single and multi-family FHA & Conventional loans. He entered the commercial real estate sector by working for giant landlords, GE Capital Real Estate Division and Westfield Shopping Centers.
