Chris and his team did an outstanding job supporting our family with the sale of our father's home. We had interviewed three separate realtors for the sale, and Migneault Realtors was clearly our choice based on:
- Experience, expertise, and number of home sales in the area
- Their Extensive research completed in advance of our meeting
- Fact based guidance/analytics on pricing and sale approach
- Guidance on repairs/updates performed by the homeowner
- Access to local contractors for repairs/updates prior to sale
- Integrity & trust clearly highlighted in prior reviews and felt the first time we met with Chris.

Chris remained personally engaged with my siblings and I throughout the entire sale process, quickly responding to any and all questions we threw at him.....and there were many! He constantly checked in with us and often visited the property during the repair/update process prior to the sale. He worked closely with the buyers agent to help them secure funding and accelerated appraisal. He engaged directly with our lawyer to resolve several challenges encountered during the sale process, resulting in a very smooth and expedited closing. He coordinated and supported visits with the fire department and inspectors.

Thanks to Chris and his team, we secured an over asking price for the home.

A current update from our previous post:

Chris has sold our third home for us. Incredibly, due to Chris' excellent preparation for sale skills, the house was placed for sale on various media outlets. Chris initiated a "showing" of the house on a Sunday morning. By the following day, on Monday, fourteen parties expressed interest. Eight parties submitted offers in excess of our predetermined asking price. The house was sold the very next day, on Tuesday. Amazing work and professionalism by Chris. He is the one and only local realtor that we would ask to sell our properties. Thank you so very much, Chris!!!!!!

Chris recently sold our house and did a really nice job. At the last minute, we found issues that required services of a plumber, contractor, and electrician. He was right on top of it and helped us to get who we needed to finish the jobs quickly and timely. This allowed us to close on the same appointed date and alleviated a lot of stress on our part. We had a great sale experience with Chris Migneault of Migneault Realtors.
He is very focused on achieving the closing. We had a lot of major unforseen repair and other problems cropping up during the pre-purchase period. It seemed overwhelming at times, but Chris was always immediately available (even in off work hours, by phone and efficiently by text), to immediately answer, help to resolve the issues, and continue progress toward the sale. He always knew the answer, path forward for every issues, and resolution was always in progress by the next day. He knew all the trustworthy and efficient contractors and legal people to recommend, and in most cases interacted directly on our behalf with them. Chris worked so closely with us through the entire process of selling our home in MA, and then helped with the purchase of our new home out of state.

Third transaction with Chris as my agent, first transaction as seller. The open house (which occurred during a holiday weekend) to closing was less than 31 days. He provided his suggestions on small improvements and offered to take care of sub contracting the work out if I was not able to fit it in my schedule. Throughout the whole process, I probably dedicated two hours worth of my time. We even had an issue with the water department populating the final bill. 45 minutes before closing, Chris was at their office obtaining a handwritten copy so we were able to close on time. Chris and his team are simply the best.

While he could have just put the house on the market and have me deal with any issues that came up along the way, he did a bit of research and made some phone calls to find out the best way to handle it. As a first time home buyer I didn't even know what a lender was when I was asked to contact mine for a tax estimate during our first offer - needless to say I was very new to the process.
