Chris was the first agent I worked with that didn't just put me on a email list and wait to hear from me, he actively was searching through the MLS while also reaching out to connections to see if he could find what I needed. Chris really knew what he was doing and didn't wast my time or his, we ended up closing on the 2nd duplex we looked at because he knew exactly what I was looking for. Highly reccomend
