I can't say enough great things about working with Chris as we recently sold our home in Chicago and relocated. His knowledge of the real estate market was far beyond anyone else we considered working with in the process.

He provided practical advice, and surrounded us with a top notch team; from lawyers, inspectors, and anything you can think of to properly prepare a home for sale.

He went the extra mile to educate my wife and I on things that we never would have considered, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured to make any decision. Not only did our house sell over list price, we had multiple offers within hours(!) of the property hitting the market.

From the initial conversation through closing, Chris was always available and just made a very complex situation with our relocation easy. If we ever move back to Chicago, he'll be the first person I'll call. Having purchased and sold multiple homes, I've always hated the process. After working with Chris, my perception of the value of a true professional realtor has been changed. We couldn't be happier with Chris and the team, and hope anyone reading this doesn't miss the opportunity to have the same experience.
