You need a house? Boom! Chris Poulos is your man. He had no issues in visiting the 30ish houses it took for my partner and I to find a home AND during the pandemic. Chris was very responsive and provided a quick turnaround with answers for all questions we had throughout our first home buying process. We followed new regulations in regards to safety protocols established due to COVID-19, and Chris was quickly able to provide all precautionary documentation electronically ahead of time, so we were prepared to visit properties with no issues. Chris was an effective liaison between the seller and ourselves when it came time to negotiate the contract. We ended up with great terms, concessions in a seller’s market and enjoyed a lower interest rate with a mortgage company he recommended. Buying our first home was a breeze! My partner and I wholeheartedly appreciate the work Chris provided as our realtor.

Last year, 2019, we handed over our house for Chris to sell in Plantation Florida. We knew Chris on a personal bases but had never dealt with him from this perspective. Well, needless to say, he never disappointed us. Hard working guy and very knowledgeable. He even had the patience of an Angel at times when we lost ours. It happens!
