Chris has been visiting the Naples, Bonita Springs & Estero area for the past 10 years and has recently relocated permanently to the area with his wife and two dogs from Birmingham, MI.

He began his real estate career in 2003 working with one of the top three largest national new home builders. Chris remained one of the top sales agents nationally for over 10 years until taking a role as VP of sales and marketing for two other home builders in the metro Detroit market.

Chris was fantastic to work with on our new construction home in Estero, FL. We wanted a professional agent to represent and help us through the process of building with a large new construction home builder, and were very fortunate to have found Chris.
When we signed the contract with our builder, we were not living in the area. Chris provided great feedback on any questions or concerns about the build, he offered great advice on things to consider asking the builder, ie - adding electrical outlets to the master closet, etc. Chris went to every builder walkthrough offered by the builder and took awesome drone pictures at various stages during the build to keep us updated. Including, attending the closing to make sure everything went smoothly. Our new home turned out great and Chris was wonderful to work with.. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for new home.
