After looking at many homes in me price range I thought I was going to have to settle on something that not my perfect house. We looked at one more and I was positive it was the perfect one. There were three offers on the table and he educated me in how to present a better offer. It was accepted that night and closed two weeks later. I most highly recommend him for any real estate need. He understood what I was looking for and found homes to show me that I missed in my own internet searches. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on a home, but simply talked through the pros and cons of each property and if it was obvious the house wasn't right for me he was quick to move onto the next property. During the contract process he was excellent on follow through and got all our questions answered and any paperwork we needed from the seller in a timely manner. On our first transaction, to renovate and sell a duplex, Chris advised me to reject the first offer of $180,000 (I would have had a $30,000 profit), then provided me with a plan to spend approximately $25,000 on renovations before marketing the property for sale. When the renovations were completed, I sold the property for $275,000. The renovations were started in December of 2006 and the property sold in February with an additional $70,000 profit. Chris has the years of experience to understand all sides of a transaction. As an investor and real estate manager, I can rely on Chris's knowledge of the market, property characteristics, current financial conditions and evaluations to help me make critcal decisions. Instantly, I was taken back at his knowledge of area and many properties we looked at during this time. His approach was personable and at no time did I feel like he was trying to sell me any property that we looked at. We looked at a lot of units and due to my work it was always on a Sunday or Saturday and never once was he hesitant to work around this schedule. Being a FIRST time buyer he was very helpful in explaining the entire process in terms that was easily understandable and answered all of my hundreds of questions. What makes Chris truly unique is that after all the time we spent discussing real estate and looking at properties I was selected for deployment and he still spent time showing me properties and explaining the buying process to me. It was a true pleasure working with him and I would recommend him to anyone that not only wishes to buy a home but want to really understand the entire process along the way

Chris is responsive to every little request. He is very patient and professional, which is good for me because I have a schedule that is all over the place and I've been dragging my feet a little bit, but he's always there when I find the time. I have still yet to see the negtiation skills (cause we're still trying to locate the right property for me) but all other areas are top notch and I'm sure that will be also. His knowledge of the area was extensive to say the least and his knowledge of the homebuying process was deinfitely helpful. Anytime I had a question about something, he was responsive and helpful. He even has a list nof local contractors to help us with some work needing to be done around the house.
