Chris has been a lifelong resident of the St. Croix Valley. Growing up in the area has given him a vast knowledge of the local scene, including the schools, sports, parks, river life, restaurants, and the local hangouts. He is also very comfortable in the surrounding suburbs and has experience selling properties in downtown St Paul and Minneapolis. He takes our traditional country service right to the heart of the city. Chris enjoys giving a local history lesson as he helps you find the home that fits your needs best.

Chris believes good communication is key, and he has learned the art of communication over the past three decades as an Air Traffic Controller. He believes keeping a positive attitude, smiling, and adding a little humor enhances the buying / selling process for both parties, all while educating his clients and working hard to get the best deal possible and the job done right. Chris is the proud father of four and has been happily married to his wife for over 20 years.
