Chris Sylves brings 25 years of multi-faceted expertise to the Greenwood Homes leadership team. Chris relies on his years of home building leadership to oversee all the company sales and marketing efforts for all markets of the Greenwood Homes operation.

After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, Chris joined NVR on the production side of the business. Not long after, Chris transitioned into sales side of the business for NVR and went onto have an incredibly successful sales career for NVR and then Craftmark Homes. After his successful sales career, Chris joined Southern Development Homes to become their Director of Sales before being recruited to join Hauser Homes as the Vice President of Operations. In 2014, Chris joined Stanley Martin Homes Charlottesville Division where he played an instrumental role in tripling the size of the division until leaving to launch Greenwood Homes.
