2005 - Named Executive Vice President of RE/MAX Properties, Ltd.

2011 - Designated as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) from the Charfen Institute

2013 - Received RE/MAX "Hall of Fame" award

2014 - Chris became an Associate Broker in Pennsylvania and was licensed as a salesperson in New Jersey

2015 - Chris was named President of RE/MAX Properties, Ltd.

Chris has received the coveted "Platinum Club", "100% Club" and "Presidents Club" awards (presented by RE/MAX LLC headquarters) in multiple years with the most recent "Platinum Club" in 2014.

Chris Terry is married to Suzanne Terry and they've recently welcomed a daughter, Madison and son Matthew. They also have two dogs - Bailey & Bigz
