I am a first time
Home buyer, and one with HUGE ANXIETY AND NEEDED ALOT OF HELP! Chris TRULY IS A LIFE SAVER! He will take all the time you need to help you get through the process! He will help you not only with seeing the houses but, help point you in the right direction with wonderful people with lenders, closing lawyers the whole team! There were many times where I was in tears and on the phone late at night because EVERYTHING WENT WRONG FOR US! LITERALLY! But we got through it! I Truly know that I would not have made it if it wasent for him and his team!

I truly do feel I made a friend I will keep for years to come in this process as well! Finding someone who is honest with you and truly cares and has such a wonderful heart inside and out is so hard to find these days!

Anyone looking for a home should really use Chris! Especially if you are a first time home buyer! We have been so blessed to have met him and have his guidance, but even more blessed to now have a friend in the family ❤️

Chris was very knowledgeable in regards to the real estate market as a whole and in the local area. He listened to my wishes and concerns. He guided me through the entire process and made it very streamlined and as stress free as possible. Chris was great with communicating and very responsive. I would highly recommend Chris Thomas for anyone looking to sell or purchase their next home.
