Chris and Jennifer helped me find and purchase the perfect home during a company relocation in 2011. From the initial house hunting to the close, they were a pleasure to work with. Not just their experience and knowledge in the housing market, but in all aspects of the Topeka community and surrounding areas. They're just a real joy to be around. If I ever sell or buy in Topeka again, I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I just wanted to thank you both again for getting me into my first home. It’s a wonderful home and it is everything I was looking for. As a first time home buyer I was completely clueless about finding and purchasing a home. The two of you made the process so simple it left me wishing I had contacted you years ago. Everything about the process was done in a very professional and efficient manner. You both were very fun to work with, or I should say you all did the work, all I had to do was look at houses. Very easy on my part. I feel very lucky to have had the two of you as my realtors. At every step of the way I knew exactly what was going on and where I was in the process. As a first time home buyer I really valued the fact that you kept me in the loop with everything that was going on in the process. As someone in the tech industry I really liked the Brivity site that kept a checklist status of all the tasks in the home closure process. You also made a point to phone me and checked in during the time I was waiting to close. You answered every question I had and I felt very well informed throughout the process. The true test of receiving great service is recommending it to others. I can guarantee you I will recommend you to others and if I can do anything to send business your way I will do it as I know they will receive the same great service as I did. Thanks again for helping me realize my dreams of home ownership and finding the perfect home!!!! Also thanks for the gift of the cooking knife, I still have all my fingers!!!!
