About Christopher

Christopher West is Broker/CEO and founder of West Real Estate, a family based real estate company located in Gold River, CA. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in business management and accounting and has been active in real estate for over 15 years.

Chris is a second-generation REALTOR® and began his career alongside his father in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals in real estate. During the 2008 crisis FHA became a popular loan product and Chris shifted into mortgage helping people obtain financing through FHA and other various products despite the downturn. Chris also volunteered his time as part of "The Dream Team" which focused on helping those impacted by the 2008 crisis restore their credit and obtain homeownership. In 2012 Chris obtained his Brokers license and partnered with a Sacramento bankruptcy law firm and helped hundreds of families with loan modification or short selling their homes so they could rebuild again.

Today, Chris's number one focus is sharing his experience and passion in real estate to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Chris makes sure to stay up to date on market trends, neighborhood data, and local real estate related insights to always know the pulse of the marketplace. Chris also utilizes a completely paperless and advanced real estate software process that streamlines the entire service so that clients can spend more time focusing on what is important.
