Chris phenomenal and patient!!!! Very responsive, professional, honest, and informative. He was very helpful in finding my first investment property and provided resources for my future. Very quick with sending in contracts, inspections, and negotiations. I was able to close within 2 weeks! Looking forward to doing business with him next year, for my next investment property.

Chris is an amazing realtor. He explains things in a conversational manner. Also, not only is he professional and courteous in every means, he is VERY responsive – for all text messages, phone calls, and emails. He worked quickly to set the wheels in motion and made sure that I understood each step. He was great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. I found it admirable that when he showed me a few houses that I really didn’t like, he did not try to push or pressure me to buy them. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase and get the home that I wanted. And because of him, I did. I couldn’t be happier that he’s my realtor. Will I use him again and refer him? Yes, without a doubt.
