Christy Bias

I am a Licensed Realtor with Century 21 Strand Group and a native of the Little River and North Myrtle Beach area. I have seen the Grand Strand's growth over the years and I love to help people fulfill their dreams of home ownership here as we continue to grow. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and going to the beach. I began my real estate career working as an Administrative Assistant in a real estate office. I joined Century 21 and worked to become a licensed Realtor and worked as a Broker's Assistant for four years. During this time I enjoyed the work and gained valuable experience. I realized what a great feeling it is to help clients find their perfect place or sell a home or condo when they are ready to make a change. My goal is to understand my client's needs and to exceed their expectations with buying or selling while negotiating the very best price. I am loyal, hardworking, and dedicated to my clients needs from the beginning of the transaction to the very end.
