Christy Taylor

Christy Taylor has resided in San Diego since 1999. Previously, she lived on the east coast and held realtor licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She entered the Real Estate industry in the early 90's and has adapted to the changing market by taking on various roles. Her extensive certifications include being a Relocation Agent, covering all of San Diego, as well as being a Certified Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist and Negotiator. Additionally, she has experience as a Rental Tour Guide and has assisted her lender in first-time Homebuyer Programs with the City of San Diego. Christy has also served on the Rancho Bernardo Community Council and occasionally collaborates with Divorce Attorneys and the Court to facilitate the sale of clients' homes. During her time in San Diego, she raised her children in the Poway School District and actively participated in the PTA, contributing to various school and community fundraising initiatives.
