Christy knocked it out of the park! She was always ahead of what was needed, making our lives much easier during the buying process. She also knows everyone in the area (she's from here and well respected), so she got us great contractors to take care of painting, tile, etc. We would have had no idea who to call without her.

The seller wanted to close sooner than expected (great for us), and Christy was able to arrange for everything to be expedited. She has the mortgage company, inspectors, surveyors, and lawyers on speed dial - very helpful. She knows her business and I highly recommend you use her for your buying (or selling) needs.
