Chuck Honabach

Prior to beginning in the Real Estate Industry in May of 2016 Chuck helped in managing family-owned businesses alongside his own business. He continues to oversee these businesses with a great management team. During that time, he also purchased and managed his own real estate investments, both commercial and residential. That passion for real estate brought him to his next career as a realtor. In the real estate industry Chuck has the opportunity to work and help people with what typically is the largest purchase in their lives using his prior business experience. The process at times can seem overwhelming for people when buying or selling a home. With attention to details communication negotiating skills and keeping the transaction organized he helps to make the experience less stressful and more rewarding.

In 2017 as Chuck’s business grew, he established the Chuck Honabach Team and shortly thereafter the team joined Realty ONE Group Unlimited in the city of Lancaster. This move provided his team the ability to navigate in the tech world of real estate which is most aligned with the buyers and sellers of today.
