Sam Massey was my agent on both buying and selling my last house. When it came time to sell, I never considered any other agent. Sam is so invested and tireless in providing the best possible outcome, that you can largely relax, knowing that a consummate professional has it all under control. Sam maintained close contact throughout, keeping me apprised of any issues, giving clear advice as to options on responses and keeping my best interests at the forefront at all times. I can wholeheartedly recommend her as an agent on any real estate transaction.

At our age we were dreading the thought of moving but it could not be avoided. Chuck Kolbe was a delight to work with. He is a straight shooter with a lot of integrity. The care he showed to my wife and I during the sale process was amazing. Every aspect of selling our house that we had dreaded was calmed and eased by Mr. Kolbe. I have no qualms about highly recommending Chuck as a knowledgeable real estate agent .

This is the second time i have used Chuck as a realtor. I had an exceptional experience both times. The transitions were a bit complex as the properties were condos so he needed to deal with my condo association and Lower Merion Twp to complete documents for the transition. It was a new process for me and Chuck knew exactly what was needed to be done and updated me on the progress. When it came to showing the property, Chuck made sure there was hand sanitizer and foot covers for the showings. He followed up with each showings to gauge interest and answered questions promptly. We had a signed contract in less than 1 week! Chucks closing team were also very competent and professional. The sale closed smoothly without any issues. One added note - I was away during the walk through and Chuck went over to the property to make sure it was in great shape for the new buyer. i appreciated this very much as i have a very busy schedule. It was such a pleasure working with Chuck – I highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. You can 100% count on him to sell and find you a home!
