Chuck helped my husband and I find our first home, and we cannot emphasize how great Chuck was. He has a great knowledge of the Indianapolis/ North Indianapolis market, and he took every interest, want, and need we asked him, and found us the perfect home.

Chuck was very responsive in our communication, very professional, and an easy person to get along with. He talks to you personally and will give his honest opinion. We appreciated Chuck’s help, as we had little knowledge of the area as well as the finer details when looking for a home.

I will recommend Chuck to any person I know. My husband and I had no doubt in Chuck. He will take care of you and helps you through every step of your home search.

Absolutely amazing guy. We were referred to him through our banker (also great). Chuck helped us find our first home, which in this market, his experience and knowledge was much needed. He went above and beyond to give us insights and tips on not only housed we looked at, but houses overall. His background in construction here in Indy helps him know more than you'd ever think.

Can't emphasize enough how good he is. Even post closing he's reached out to see how we're doing and if there's anything else he can help with.

If you're looking for an honest agent, who has the experience, and most importantly cares about his clients, Chuck is the guy.

Chuck’s expertise and customer service are exceptional. His in-depth knowledge and vast experience made all the difference for me in the purchase of my home. I was living 2,000 miles away while my house was being built. Chuck not only walked my lot, and the construction site, several times a week, he also sent me photo updates of every step throughout the building process. He was there to represent me at every turn, and answered my questions at any time, from the first meeting with the builder, through closing and beyond. Chuck is a consummate professional who truly puts his clients first.
