My 20 years of experience as a successful Realtor - performing in the Top 5% of all Realtors in the greater Portland metro region for most of the last two decades - followed a dozen more years in post-collegiate technical sales in the Western U.S., primarily serving the semiconductor industry. This experience, and the constant travel it required led me to select Portland for my permanent home in 2000. I left the high-tech world for residential real estate in 2004, intrigued by the intact older neighborhoods and the insightful city planning that has enhanced rather than marginalized them. Excellent writing skills and a previous decade spent negotiating complex six and seven figure contracts serve me well in zealous representation of my clients. As a result, repeat clients and referrals are now my primary source of new business. Ultimately, I am a results-driven, enthusiastic professional, who's love for her job has only deepened over time.
