I left a previous review below of how awesome Cicely is as a realtor and I felt I had to come back and add that because of her not only finding this wonderful home she also ensured I had a through home inspection that indentified every and any issue and is still saving me money till this day ! This is hands down the best realtor in the area !
I found the house of my dreams and that is thanks to hands down the best realtor in this area. In a housing Market where it seemed I would never find my home cicely kept me encouraged, inspired and enthusiastic! If she isnt your realtor , she should be!

A friend had recommended The Avalon Realty Group to us and we could not have been any happier. We are from out-of-state, but they have made the whole process a breeze. Our real estate agent, Cicely Walker, was beyond exceptional. Working with her was truly a wonderful experience. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and amount of data she had about the market. She always had answers to all our questions and as first time home owners, we had plenty of questions! Communication with her was effortless and she was very responsive even when we were thousands of miles away. She always followed up with us and provided us with updates. Cicely had extensive information on the process of buying a new home. You truly feel how genuine she is towards her clients and have their best interests in mind. Buying a home can be a bit stressful, but we felt at ease throughout the entire process. We will definitely recommend The Avalon Group to others! We are grateful for their promptness, strategic mindset, kindness, and bright energy.

Cicely is the perfect ideal for what you would want from a realtor. First, she was very interested in my visions, goals, and future with my space and even family when we talked. When we met to see the homes, I felt very trusting and comfortable with her eye. She was very easy to get along and buy with as she provided great and fair value to what we were looking for. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Five stars isn’t enough. Cicely help me do everything on point not only dif she answer every question but she definitely made sure that my family was well taken care of during the homebuying process! Every small detail that I told her I want it was taken care of. She made sure everything was affordable everyone that I spoke to was friendly! If you need a realtor and you’re in the process of buying a home definitely I recommend her 110% five stars isn’t enough!! You deserve a lot more than that. Thank you again Cicely.

I have only positive things to say about buying a home with Cicely. She walked me through the entire process of purchasing a house. She took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me to navigate this crazy market. Closing was a breeze too! When it comes time to sell and buy again, I will definitely call her again!
