Ms.McDaniel is a very understanding and helpful person. We known her from her previous job and she has always been great help toward my family. Without her help, I would have never got our beautiful home. She will answer your calls and all questions that you may have her anytime of the day. Such a people person and very professional also compassionate toward her job. I would totally recommend her 100%.

Had great experience with Mrs. McDaniel. She was very informative regarding dates as well as knowledgeable when time came for listing and selling my home. Cicile McDaniel is a fantastic realtor. I am so happy I chose to work with her to buy a home. Cicile's expertise helped me navigate a very difficult and competitive seller's market of 2022, with historic lows of housing inventory. This meant that homes were sometimes going under contract for sale the very same day they were put on the market for sale, including a few houses that I loved. The low inventory also meant we had to be patient to find homes that fit my family's criteria, and move very fast when we found good homes. Cicile is patient, knowledgeable, professional and smart. Cicile was also very responsive. She made it a point to always communicate promptly and explain everything thoroughly. Cicile gave great advice when it came to assessing a home's value (including factoring in non-tangibles that were personally important to my family), she was able to share and explain area comps clearly, and she gave great guidance on bidding competitively but reasonably. In addition to her professional talent, Cicile has a warm and kind personality. However, she is politely firm on getting the best outcome for her clients. I felt confident and assured having her represent me to other realtors and sellers. Cicile is excellent at what she does and her passion for her profession shows. Cicile was also so encouraging during this process. She always reminded me that the right home was out there for me, and we did find a great home at the end of our search. Cicile's positive attitude was wonderful during a year that househunting has been stressful for most buyers around the country! I very highly recommend Cicile McDaniel as a realtor.
