If we could give Cindee more than 5 stars we would. She is honest, hardworking, and she knows what she's doing. In our lifetime we have sold seven other properties. Some of the agents we used were really good and some not so good. Cindee is by far the best agent we have ever used. Some agents list your house and it seems their work is done. Not so with Cindee. She never stops working. From our first meeting with her until our escrow was closed she was on it. We also really appreciated how she kept us updated on what was happening not only with our house but with the other properties for sale in our neighborhood. We highly recommend Cindee to anyone selling or buying a home.

I really wish this rating scale went up to 100 stars, because five stars just isn’t enough!!! I’m honestly so happy we were able to meet Cindee. My family and I are forever in debt with her. I’ve never met a person, let alone a realtor that not only has the biggest heart in the world, but someone who genuinely does this job to help families out. Cindee has to be the most professional and most understanding individual in this field. She’s one who will sit down with you and listen to your plans, she then will go ahead and develop a strategy based on your needs/wants then, she’ll work day and night looking for the perfect home for you. She brings the best of luck because I actually wasn’t looking to buy a home, my dad was. About a day before my dad closed his escrow (a home that Cindee helped him find too), Cindee shows my husband and I a home just to see if we like it which we did , and guess what? The day my dad closed escrow WE OPENED!!! And the best part is, we’re only 10 mins away from each other which is what we wanted from the gecko. I’m forever grateful for you Cindee. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so patient with me, especially when it comes to my extreme OCD!! Thank you for helping us find our home!!!!

Cindee represented me during my buying home search and I can’t recommend her enough. If I had to describe Cindee in just 3 words, it would be: organized, personable, and savvy. You definitely want her on your team when making such an important purchase. Given the low inventory and high demand at the time I was looking to buy, I expected a long and drawn out home search. Unbelievably, Cindee helped me get my first offer accepted. Once in escrow, she kept things on track with a weekly escrow checklist that reassured me everything was going smoothly. Once I moved in, Cindee provided an outstanding welcome to my new home that you must experience to really appreciate how she goes above and beyond for her clients. We first met Cindee at one of her open houses. That house ended up not being for us, but the realtor sure was! We told her what we were looking for in a home and Cindee took us to a house she had in mind that same day. Eventually, Cindee found us the perfect house with everything we were looking for and more! Cindee tirelessly looked for houses and neighborhoods that met our picky criteria. We ended up looking at around 15 homes if not more. We just couldn’t find the right one. Then after about a month we found the perfect house for us. Cindee met us at the house the first day it was on the market and we made an offer that same day. What stood out was just how caring compassionate and genuine Cindee was. She never pushed us to make a decision and gave us excellent advice along the entire journey.
