Cindy Barnes

Since becoming a Realtor Cindy has been active mostly in residential sales. She enjoys collaborating with buyers and sellers and being involved in the home buying process from start to finish. It is especially rewarding to help a potential buyer because many people are fearful of the whole process---from the magnitude of getting approved for financing finding the dream home all the critical steps in between and finally the closing. She understands the stress and uncertainty of it all. She thinks one of her greatest real estate assets is the ability to walk into a home and assess what would make it sell and what the homeowner should do or should have done to appeal to a buyer. This can be tremendously helpful when representing either side to get the "right" price. She genuinely enjoys being a real estate agent. Presently she works out of two offices to better serve her clients and to be able to utilize the resources available--not only in the office but in the community as well. She promises to give you her best effort to make your own real estate experience as comfortable informed and as stress-free as possible.
