Cindy Bensen

Cindy was born and raised in Newton, NC, and majored in communications at the College of Charleston. After devoting 14 years to being a full time Mom and raising three boys, she realized her dream of joining the real estate profession and received her NC brokers license in 2005. Having gone through six moves and experiencing her view of real estate, Cindy learned what high degree of customer service is needed to make a difference in working with sellers and buyers. In 2017 Cindy’s dream of living in paradise became a reality and her family decided to become full time Key West residents. Now having her NC and FL real estate brokers licenses, she experiences the best of two amazing states. Working in every aspect of the real estate industry, Cindy represents sellers, buyers, investors, and banks by leasing, managing, buying and selling properties in the NC and FL residential markets. In addition to her brokers license, Cindy received her NC Pre-Post and CE Instructors license with the NC Real Estate Commission and is the proud co-owner of BW school of real estate. Cindy dedicates her business success to listening to her clients needs and striving to exceed expectations.
