We had the unexpected pleasure of having Cindy Chapman randomly assigned to our inquiry to purchase real estate in Sedona. Within minutes Cindy had sent an email advising she would call in the afternoon. As promised she called right on time, provided a well informed overview of the various properties in our price range, gave us a history of the area and within minutes of hanging up had sent us links chockful of local info and listings that fit our criteria. We were on a tight timeline (having to reinvest funds within a short period of time) and we lived out of State in California. We had just one weekend to search for properties and that weekend was just a few days away. With professional calmness Cindy assured us we could spend the weekend together looking at properties. We were greeted with a giant welcome packet of info and maps and the next day we set out to explore the many areas of Sedona (VOC/Village of Oak Creek, Uptown and West Sedona). We looked at many properties in each area and Cindy provided us with a commentary tour of all the properties, neighborhoods, restaurants, resources and expected expenses. She collected detailed info on many of the properties from their HOA's in rapid time making our ability to chose a property appear seamless. In the final analysis, and through Cindy's expertise she guided us through a bidding environment with multiple offers). Cindy navigated every aspect of the transaction, keeping us informed each step of the way, and providing solutions. Going above and beyond, in our absence Cindy met with inspectors, locksmiths and other resources to ready our new home for our arrival. Cindy Chapman is kind, considerate and generous to her clients, with decades of experience and established relationships. Cindy has been nothing short of incredible during this process from the onset ... her professionalism is simply impeccable with not only supplying me with a CMA of my home, but we personally visited each property on the CMA to reach that fair and accurate listing price. She continues to amaze me with her caring attitude in holding Open Houses, with the advertising of my home, with showing me properties that I may be able to acquire when my home sells, and to keep up with present and upcoming comps ... We are three months into this process and we just recently visited properties in the CMA to make sure that we are still appropriately priced of which we are right on the money ... Cindy is kind, she is compassionate, she is professional yet attentive, and she holds integrity not matched by many! Cindy was wonderful to work with and she really cares about her clients. She was very patient with me through both showings and negotiations. I would call her at all hours with questions, and she always got back to me as soon as possible. She loves to do open houses as she said they really do help with showing a house. Unfortunately I didn't allow open houses, but she offered several times. I asked for 2 hour notices for showings because I have dogs, and she respected that. Cindy is passionate about Sedona and very knowledgeable about both the village of oak creek and Sedona. She also has a recomendation for just about any repair men you may need. I was very impressed.
