I can't say enough good things about Cindy! I just bought my first home through her, a process that can be extremely overwhelming and scary. Cindy guided me from the moment I looked at the property, until even after settlement. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable when I hit her with constant questions about inspections, mortgages, home warranties (you name it, I asked it!). Cindy always made me feel like a priority. I honestly don't think I could've gone through with purchasing my first home, or securing this property without her. Look NO further than Cindy when you need an agent who has your back, is professional and remains calm and collected through every obstacle. Thank you, Cindy! I owe you big time. You can bet that if I ever want to move from this property, I'll be using her services to sell and buy!

Wow, where do I begin...this process was definitely an eye-opener. When my property was listed, I had offers within the first week of the listing...I was super excited! Negotiations were made, papers were drawn up and the initial settlement was set for 1 month later...Issues came up during the Borough inspection that frustrated me like never before, pushing the settlement date back at least 3 times, but my agent (Cindy Flood) walked me through things, remained professional, offered up all sorts of suggestions throughout the entire ordeal, and most importantly, she stayed on top of me ensuring I was getting done what needed to be done in order to close the deal.
Cindy Flood is a great asset to the Keller Williams Realty Group and I would definitely recommend her to any buyer/seller that is a "newby" with little to no knowledge about these type transactions.
Keep up the good work Cindy!

Cindy Flood has a special intuition about her client's realty needs. Making a move to a new city was fluid for me and a positive experience because of her. Cindy was fantastic!! I recently purchased my new home that Cindy found for me and I could not be happier. She was my realtor for over a year being that I had to take a break from searching for a home and she never gave up on me. She was very responsive and as soon as I got back in the game, Cindy was there finding new MLS listings that just hit the market and met all of my needs. Throughout our time searching together she was very easy to reach (day or night) and transparent about the game plan. She took the time to learn what I was looking for and her experience and knowledge found me homes in areas that I was previously not looking into. Without her, I would not have found my home because believe it or not, not every home is listed on the real estate apps. Homes move fast in this area and Cindy is definitely someone you can rely on.
